How does payment work?+
We accept UPI payments only — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI app. After placing your order, pay to our UPI ID shown on the confirmation screen, then send the payment screenshot to our WhatsApp number (+91 98765 43210). Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment verification.
How long does delivery take?+
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days for metro cities and 4–7 working days for other locations. You'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a pickup and send a replacement or full refund. Size exchanges are also accepted within 7 days if the item is unwashed and unworn.
Are your products authentic?+
Yes — we only source from trusted, verified suppliers. All products are quality-checked before dispatch. We don't sell low-quality replicas. What you see in the photos is exactly what you receive. If you're ever unsatisfied with quality, we'll make it right.
How do I choose the right size?+
Our jerseys follow standard Indian sizing: S fits 36–38" chest, M fits 38–40", L fits 40–42", XL fits 42–44", XXL fits 44–46". For football boots, we recommend going half a size up from your regular shoe size. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us your measurements and we'll help you choose.
